Roy Wong is the Founder and Managing Partner of RWC Group and the Managing Partner of ROY WC & CO, a locally registered audit firm in Malaysia. He is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA), Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, Associate Member of CPA Australia (ASA), and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also one of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) approved Company Auditors in Malaysia under Section 263 of the Companies Act 2016.

Roy started his audit career in 2008 and has more than 17 years of audit, finance and advisory experience. He started his career in a public accounting firm and was previously attached to an international top six accounting firm.

He has been involved in the audit of companies listed in Malaysia, including foreign subsidiaries and associates based in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Cambodia and Thailand. He has also led teams in due diligence and agreed-upon procedures engagements.

He has served clients across diversified industries, including property development, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, logistics, telecommunications, trading, services and other sectors.

Roy also has broad corporate experience, having held various senior positions including Accountant, Executive Director and Corporate Advisor of a privately held group of companies with business interests in education, retailing, food and beverage, and investment holdings. He also previously served as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee of a Public Limited Liability Company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Lee Yue Min is an Audit Principal of ROY WC & CO. She is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.

She has more than 9 years of audit and finance experience. She started her career in a public accounting firm and was previously attached to an international top six accounting firm.

She has been involved in the audit of companies listed in Malaysia, including foreign subsidiaries and associates based in China and Singapore.

She has served clients across diversified industries, including property development, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, logistics, trading, services and other sectors. She also has experience in statutory audits under MPERS and MFRS.

Chai Wan Xin is an Audit Manager of ROY WC & CO. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and has more than 10 years of audit and finance experience.

She has experience in statutory audits under MPERS and MFRS, with exposure to clients across diversified industries including trading, property development, construction, manufacturing and services.

Datuk Ng has 35 years of experience in the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. He was the Director of Investigation. Subsequently, he became the Director of National Tax Academy Kuching. Prior to his retirement, he held the position of Director of Selangor Tax Investigation.

Leow Chin has 32 years of experience with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. She served in various key roles, including Tax Investigation, Trainer and Facilitator in Tax Field Audit, and Group Leader in the Companies Branch. She has extensive experience in tax investigation, field audit, dispute cases, and corporate tax matters. Following her retirement from IRBM, she served as a tax advisor to one of the Big Four accounting and tax firms in Malaysia.
